Pumpkin Spice Cream Puffs have a soft, pastry shell with a creamy pumpkin filling and sprinkled with powdered sugar and pumpkin spice.

Cream Puffs
1 cup water
1/2 cup salted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 eggs
Creamy Pumpkin Filling
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz cool whip, thawed

1 tbsp powdered sugar
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Cream Puffs

  1. Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
  2. Bring the water and butter to a boil over medium high heat.
  3. Turn the heat to low and quickly stir in all of the flour until a ball forms.
  4. Remove from heat and allow the dough to cool for about 5 minutes.
  5. Beat in one egg at a time until the dough is smooth.
  6. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag with a round tip. Pipe two-inch circles of dough onto a parchment covered baking sheet. READ MORE
