Pb & J Baked Oatmeal Recipe

1½ cup Old Fashioned Traditional Oats

½ cup Natural Peanut Butter (I used creamy)

¼ cup Grape Jelly (any flavor will work)

1 Large Egg

2 tbsp Honey

2 tbsp Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

½ tsp Baking Powder

⅛ tsp Vanilla Extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8×8 inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
  2. In a bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, egg, vanilla extract, and almond milk, whisk until well combined
  3. Fold in oats, jelly, baking powder, and cinnamon, and stir until well combined
  4. Pour into baking pan and spread out evenly
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
  6. Cut into 6 servings
