1 mango, diced
1 medium avocado, diced
1/ 2 medium red onion, finely chopped
½ bunch fresh cilantro, (about ½ cup chopped)
Juice of 1 medium lime (about 2 Tbsp)
¼ tsp salt and pinch of black pepper, or season to taste
- In a medium bowl, combine diced mango, avocado, finely chopped red onion and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze 2 Tbsp of fresh lime juice over the top and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine and serve.
