FOR THE TURKEY MEATBALLS

1- pound ground turkey

1/2- cup Panko Bread Crumbs

1 egg , lightly beaten

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper , or to taste

2 garlic cloves , minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

FOR THE GRAVY SAUCE

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese , divided

1 tablespoon dijon mustard

1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2-1/4 cups low-sodium fat-free chicken broth

salt and fresh ground pepper , to taste

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
