1 lb Shrimp, raw

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt, full fat

1/2 Cup Almond Milk, unsweetened

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, shaved

1 Tbs Garlic Powder

1 Tsp Sea Salt

1 Tsp Black Pepper

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Optional garnish: parsley

For the Spaghetti Squash:

1 Medium Spaghetti Squash

1 Tsp Sea Salt

1 Tsp Black Pepper

1 Tbs Olive Oil
