8 oz bag of fresh spinach

3 tbsp butter, sliced

1 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese

SAUCE:

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup sour cream

½ cups grated parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tsp old bay seasoning

½ tsp adobe seasoning

¼ tsp black pepper

¼ tsp salt
