8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup mayo

1/3 cup sour cream

1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

16 oz frozen spinach, defrosted and squeezed tightly to get rid of excess water

1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

4 oz fresh Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced

1 baguette, thinly sliced

minced fresh parsley, for garnish
